Where do you call home these days?
Switzerland for now. I travel a lot. If I am not here, I am probably somewhere on the road.

Finland, Sweden, Australia, France, Czech Republic
What languages do you speak?
English, a bit of French and German, body language in the bar:-)
How did you become a guide?
I work in Outdoor sport industry since I left school. I love guiding and adventures.
What is the worst job you ever had and how long did you stick it out?
Picking cauliflowers in Australia, 1 Day. Worst day of my life.
What are your top 3 holiday destinations and why?
Canada - great ice climbing and boarding i powder. I love Africa and south East Asia too.
What, in your opinion, is so special about Interlaken?
There is a unique International atmosphere and the factor that I can do all sports I love in one area brings me back every summer.
Apart from working for Outdoor Interlaken, what is your favourite thing to do in Switzerland?
Paragliding. And eating the cheese fondue and chocolate is great too!
Have you ever had someone famous on your trip?
Once I took future King of one african country Ice climbing (I don't want to name anybody). His security guards went ice climbing with us at the end.
What is the highest competition award you have to your name?
None
What is the most memorable expedition you have made?
Skiing across Greenland i 29 days - Raising money for a children's hospital.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with a great team of people, everyone here has so interesting background.
What is the scariest situation you got yourself into?
Almost engaged once!
What’s the longest period you’ve been without a shower?
28 days in Greenland. No shaving too. I looked like a Yeti at the end of the expedition.

I have afternoon off so I am going for mountain biking and than to a BBQ. What a life!
